Procedurally rigged eyes, rendered in Cycles, showcase a seamless animation of their appearance, eliminating the need to apply image textures at any point. Every detail is procedural and editable using the UVS. For the HDRI, I employed the EasyHDRI plugin. The eye and skin are already textured with nodes within Blender, allowing you to append these textures in a new file if desired. It's advisable to render this asset in Cycles for optimal results, though it also performs well in Eevee.
