You can customize various parameters defined at the top of the source file to determine which face will likely appear on the dice. This includes adjusting the level of bias in the roll, or "rigging" the dice, as well as modifying factors like size, roundness, dot spacing, and shell thickness. There's also an option to cut through the dice for visual purposes, although this is not intended for actual printing. Infill density is crucial for weight balance, so 100% infill may be beneficial. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but let me know if it works.
