Rigel Google Voice Kit Case
thingiverse
This is a custom case I designed specifically for the Google AIY Voice Kit Version 1, which uses a Raspberry Pi 3 - not the Pi Zero. The case consists of three printed pieces that are securely held together with pegs, making it more compact than the original cardboard design by positioning the speaker horizontally. All ports on your Raspberry Pi remain accessible through deliberately designed gaps that should accommodate their respective connectors without any issues. This particular design eschews screws or additional hardware for a sleeker look. V2 Jun17 2018: I've made some improvements to this case, including thicker pegs for the microphone and pi, as well as revised holes for the hdmi, 3.5mm, and power ports to fit larger plugs more seamlessly.
