Welcome Message
This innovative and ultra-lightweight holder is specifically designed for the Oculus Rift Constellation sensors, making it perfect for use with double-sided adhesive pads. This design primarily caters to 0.4mm nozzles, but feel free to leave a comment if you'd like one tailored to another size.
Design Overview

This mount is engineered to be robust, print quickly, and minimize material usage.
\r\n
To achieve this, the design boasts uniform wall thickness of 0.8mm (exactly two shells for 0.4mm nozzles), ensuring optimal performance. The printer never has to do travel moves due to its closed-loop structure.

Key Features

The sensor is securely set to face straight forward, with a precise 10° downward tilt.
\r\n
This design stands out for its exceptional lightness at only 3.6 grams (PLA), and it prints exceptionally fast due to its structure (~20 minutes or less, depending on quality)

Installation Instructions
\r\n
This mount is designed for use with common 30mm^2 double-sided adhesive pads, but other double-sided tape should work just as well.
\r\n
Keep in mind that very thin double-sided tape may not work on rough surfaces (air pockets form in particularly thin tape)

Customization Options
\r\n
I added two 4mm holes for the possibility of using screws or nails. If you do, ensure the heads of the fasteners don't scrape against the rear side of the sensor.
\r\n
I mount mine slightly above head height on the wall, spaced around 1.5 meters (5 feet) from each other.

Additional Tips
\r\n
This design has a locked tilt. In my experience, it's never really necessary to change the tilt, as the sensors have a very wide field of view.
\r\n
Before hanging this high up on the wall above your concrete floor, make sure to test whether the adhesive is sticking properly to both the mount and the wall.
\r\n
In my experience, adhesive pads may dry up and lose their effectiveness after some months - So I recommend replacing them every few months to prevent any sudden falls.
