Rietveld was a furniture maker and made this wheelbarrow especially for children in 1923. I’m amazed that the wheelbarrow looks so modern! What’s a gnome without a wheelbarrow? So I had to make this wheelbarrow based on Rietveld’s original design. I kept the wheelbarrow white, but you can use the vibrant colors well known to Rietveld’s designs.
