I had one with the same issue earlier. It had the same problem with the file, so I dug deeper to find a solution. The slicer initially said nope, but after further investigation, I discovered a missing face and an internal extra shell that was causing the problem. Once those were fixed, and I made sure all face normals were good, it not only sliced perfectly but also shrunk down to 1/6 of its original size. Everything looks good so far, and since it's still printing, I'll have more pics when the part is installed.
