Ridgid Tile Saw Rip Fence Spacer
thingiverse
This piece fits perfectly for the Ridgid 7 inch wet tile saw seen in the picture and available on Amazon. Unfortunately, my saw was missing this essential component. I'm unsure if it came with it initially and fell off or not, but without it, the end of the ripping fence becomes unstable and can move freely. This printed piece is likely a significant improvement over the one that might have come with the saw (if it even included one) because it won't slip out of place. The layer ridges from the 3D printing process provide a secure grip, much like a strong adhesive, making it extremely difficult to remove once it's in place. The part of the end piece still attached to the ripping fence is a dark gray color, while my printed component is black. These two pieces fit together smoothly, and then the gray section slides into the far end of the ripping fence (the side opposite the saw operator).
