Ridgid palm router circle jig

This is a simple circle cutting jig that works with my Ridgid cordless palm router. It should also work with the corded version as it looks to come with the same mounts. It reuses the mounting bars and thumb screws used by the edge guide that comes with the router. It uses 2 8-32 nuts to lock in the thumb screw. They are a tight fit, but should be able to be press-fit without much difficulty. The center hole is designed to fit a 3 penny nail, it could be drilled out to accommodate something larger if you really wanted. Use whatever router bit you like, but works well with 1/4" spiral bit.
