Ridgid 2401 Dado Jig
thingiverse
I needed a Dado adapter plate for my Rigid trim Router. Since lately only the first page of any search seems to work on Thingiverse, I wound up having to make my own. So I remixed a basic square plate by rounding over the one side, stretching the other, adding some parallel slots and a ruler, then making a couple of dado slides to work with 1/4-20 hex head bolts. You can either print knobs, or use knobs that work with 1/4-20 nuts or threaded inserts. The slides are made to snugly house 1/4-20 bolts with a 7/16" hex head. I found that I wound up having to press the bolts in place, but not with enough pressure to deform the slides. This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2746440 (the 'remix of...' button doesn't seem to work either). The design is intended to be able to be printed on a smaller form factor printer such as a Prusa Mini or similar. I printed the slides using PLA and a setting of .15, no supports, and grid infill at 15% I printed the base using PETG and a setting of .10, supports on buildplate only, and hex infill at 10%. As I need different dado slot sizes, I will likely update this in the future with those. Enjoy :)
