Ridged Bottom Doorstop

Ridged Bottom Doorstop

thingiverse

Sitting in my home office, where I often spend my days, I noticed that my doorway had given in to the harshness of winter and was now stubbornly refusing to swing open. "This just won't do," I thought, and quickly got to work on designing this doorstop. Key features include a versatile wedge shape that allows for easy jamming into tight spaces (2mm at the tip), a unique detail inspired by the iconic sideburns of Vanilla Ice around the back, and a textured bottom that provides a secure grip on carpeted surfaces. Perfectly suited for printing without any additional support. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Select Mini V2 (2017) Rafts: None Needed Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 10% Notes: Printed using "optimized" settings (0.1mm layer height) PLA No raft No supports 10% hexagonal infill My print time - 2:15 Post-Printing Doorstop printed in vibrant orange PLA
