Ridge Nylon by Additive Solutions
thingiverse
Ridge Nylon is a novel nylon under development, aiming to provide rigidity, strength, heat resistance, and machinability for functional parts. It's non-toxic and unique in that it doesn't require baking to dry filament. Printing works effectively with base, glue stick, and glass bed; blue painters tape can be used but may stretch as the nylon contracts. Active cooling fan is essential, while printing speed ranges from 25mm/s to 35mm/s. Optimal print temperature is between 255°C and 265°C for maximum layer adhesion, and the printer should operate wide open with no enclosure for best results.
