A Rider Pass (henshin gimmick) from Kamen Rider Den-O. I wanted one to hold my buspass, and the original ones are no longer stocked anywhere, so why not put my modeling and 3d printer to good use. Here's the file if someone else wants it too. UPDATE: Made a new version of the hinge after running into tolerance issues on my own print. Also, added holes for screws and heat-set inserts for ease of assembly. Hardware Requirements: 8x M2x040mm Screws, 6mm long 8x Msx0.4 4.1mm Heat-Set Inserts 2mm Outer, 1mm Inner Diameter Aluminum Tube 1mm Diameter Steel Rod 3x 65mm by 96mm, 1mm thick Acrylic Glass. Assembly instructions: 1) Print out all of the pieces 2) Use a length of Aluminum Tube in both holes of the hinge 3) Use a length of Steel Rod inserted through the holes in the cover pieces and the hinge with the Aluminum tube 4) Glue with your preferred method a piece of Acrylic Glass into Top Lid, and glue the Top Spacer on top of the Acrylic Glass 5) Insert Heat-Set Inserts in to Bottom Lid and Top Lid 6) Screw in cover pieces with the screws with the Acrylic Glass sandwiched between
