Riden RD6012 Case with Meanwell USP-225 power supplies
thingiverse
This is a simple enclosure for the Riden RD6012 (or RD6006 if you prefer) and 1-4 of the Meanwell USP-225 power supplies. I used 3x 24v in series (with one adjusted down to 23v so the total is below 72v avoiding the overvoltage fault). The mounting holes on the bottom of the USP-225's and a few short M3 screws hold the two halves together. I left out the upper right power supply giving more room for the power cord entry (and dc/dc converter to run the fan). You could use a 24v 80mm fan (I have mine blowing in) or use a small DC/DC converter like I did to step down 24v from one of the supplies to 12v to run a standard computer fan. The fan mounts with 4x M4 screws into the back. Power cord entry is for a fairly typical 6.5mm computer style power cord with the IEC end cut off and a knot tied on the inside for strain relief. There is a small hole in the bottom for the temperature sensor to feed out. Four raised "feet" keep it up. I will be designing a "rubber" (TPU) bumper that will fit over the front and back and give it some slight bump protection as well as cover the feet so the case doesn't slide on the bench when pressing buttons.
