Riden RD6006 6006 power supply case
thingiverse
The case was engineered to be fully compatible with 3D printing technology. A honeycomb pattern is strategically added to minimize weight and filament usage, enhance rigidity, and facilitate airflow throughout the system. The RD6006 module easily snaps into place using four side clips. Inside the unit, there is ample space to mount a MeanWell LRS-150 power supply sideways, such as a 150-36V model, along with a standard IEC C14 3 Pin Chassis Panel Mount Plug and a 240V Rocker Switch. To keep wires safely hidden from view, 3D printed sleeves are included. However, it is highly recommended to also use heat-shrink tubing for added protection. Proper airflow must be ensured by gluing feet at least 0.5cm thick to the bottom of the unit. To minimize noise levels, consider mounting a low-noise DC fan above the power supply. Printing time: approximately 10 hours with a 0.3mm layer height. The following supports are required: only for IEC connector (above printbed).
