prusaprinters

Two RD60xx PSU in one case using a single 1000W power supply as power source (800 & 1200W are also available, see link below).

Printing all the parts took almost 80h in total.

Two versions of the STLs (Case & back) are available:

Single piece if you're able to print ~375mm

Splitted parts if you have a smaller print bed (>200mm)

For the splitted main case I also added the 3mf files where i added some tabs to better hold down the part to prevent specially the corners from warping. Also i adjusted the layer hight in the middle part to shorten the print time.

Additional parts you need:

1 x Power Supply (1000W) ***

1 x rocker switch (for 21 * 15 mm hole)

1 x C14 panel mount plug with integrated fuse (for 31.1 * 27.3 mm hole, screw distance 36 mm)

4 x Rubber feets (which have a hole for M3 screws, max 22mm in diameter)

Screws & nuts:

8 x M3 square nut

10 x M3 nut

4 x M4 nut

8 x M3 * 10 mm flat head screw

8 x M3 * 16 mm flat head screw

4 x M4 * 10 mm pan or button screw (PSU)

*** The power supply is (very) loud. I modified it to regulate the fan down to a normal (quiet) speed using a simple adjustable step-down converter. As i normally don't use high power over long time, this works fine for me. Only modify a PSU if you really know what you're doing!

Support my work

If you want to support my work, you can buy me a coffee.
