Rick Sanchez getting taken down by two little gymnasts who were under hypnosis instead of being assassins, I reckon. Guess I'm all in on the "assassins" thing now. The design is optimized for a 0.2 mm layer height, but be careful not to scale it down too much or the tolerances will get pretty tight. I tried out different PLA filament brands and got some decent results. Eyes: White Outline: Black Pants: Brown Belt: Different Brown - started with black, swapped to brown at 1 mm for a slightly darker look, yeah. Mouth: Black, swap filaments at 0.4 mm and finish with white. Tongue: Red Flesh: Use skin or flesh tone, whatever you prefer Hair: Teal or that blue color you've got - it's also the color of his shirt and the glowing bits on his staff. Shoes: I used grey, which is also the metal parts on his staff. There are a lot of tiny pieces in his staff, but don't worry, you can do it! Print some extras to replace the ones that get stuck to your fingers with superglue. The parts fit into the outline and need superglue to attach. His outline was too big for my printer, so I sliced off the top of the staff and made it a separate piece - one of the blue bits will bridge the top to the rest of the outline. Good luck!
