Rick Sanchez Mechanical Keyboard Keycap
thingiverse
You've got a mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX-style switches? You're into Rick and Morty, right? You also want to slap a ridiculous keycap on one of your perfectly good keys? This model's for you. I took a Rick head from PrintPainter, slapped it onto one of rshieldiii's parametric keycaps, tweaked some vertices in meshmixer, and - voila! - Rick keycap. I couldn't get this to print with the supports that Simplify3d automatically generated, so I manually added some using 123D. I've also uploaded a version without supports if you want to try your luck. Next up, I'm going to attempt printing in clear green, because it just makes more sense. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Dual Extruder Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .10 Infill: 92% Notes: It's a small part... .10 is probably as low as I'd go without losing the details.
