I crafted this helmet specifically for a feline friend's spooky Halloween attire. A compact plastic container served as the foundation, paired with a flexible wire that supported its angular shape and a vibrant blue LED that illuminated from within. To create an eerie glow effect without obscuring visibility, I carefully attached translucent blue cellophane to the visor, ensuring it remained see-through while allowing the light to seep through.
