Wubba lubba dub dub! I'm Rick Sanchez, the smartest being in the multiverse, and I'm here to show you how to make the most epic cookies this side of the portal gun. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or as I like to call it, "hotter than Morty's temper". Now, grab a bowl and mix together 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt. Don't worry, I won't make you do the math; just trust old Rick on this one. Next, cream together 1 cup of butter and 3/4 cup of white granulated sugar until it's smooth like my robotic arm after a tune-up. Then, crack in 2 large eggs and mix until they're fully incorporated, just like how I incorporate sci-fi gadgets into my daily life. Now, add in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix until it's fully blended, because who needs unnecessary complications? Now that we've got our wet ingredients mixed together, it's time to bring them all together with the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms, just like how I form alliances with alien species when they're useful to me. Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they're lightly golden brown. And there you have it, Morty! Fresh-baked cookies that are almost as delicious as my portal gun's power source. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have more important things to attend to... like saving the multiverse from yet another dimensional threat. Wubba lubba dub dub!
