Ribs for stabilo Carrera ASW 17 320 cm "Gross"

In ASW17.zip are the Sketchup 2017 files for the fuselage. If you want to change the spar sizes, you will need Sketchup or another 3D tool. Despite the former owner cutting into the nose of this nice glider to fit a nitro engine, I still love this plane and want to get it flying again. I already had an original cockpit, but the rest was in pieces. I'll make it myself, just like I did 35 years ago when I repaired my Carrera Trimmy wings after a crash. I started with the rudder and now have built the stabilo. I got a picture of the original Bauplan from a Carrera fan on www.RCNETWORK.DE, but only from above. I don't know the profile, so I chose NACA 0009. The stabilos of the Carrera Nimbus and SB10 look similar, but don't fit. First, the ribs were meant as cutting templates for balsa, but after some tests, I glued 2mm PLA ribs to 2/2.5mm balsa. Using only 2.5mm balsa ribs would be too weak since I won't sheet it with balsa; instead, it will have an open structure. I want the tail to be as light as possible. I used 8 x 4mm hardwood sticks from the DIY store and 6 x 3mm balsa for the spars. You decide if you want hardwood spar on top or bottom; using two hard wood spars is too much and too heavy. I used 6mm lightweight balsa for the leading edge and 15mm x 2mm medium-hard balsa for the trailing edge. I glued it mostly with HobbyKing CA thin and medium glue. For the wingtip, I used scrap balsa pieces; the original stabilo has no rounded wingtips. I used 150mm x 3mm brass tubes and 130mm x 2mm steel rod to connect it to the "Pendelleitwerk" of the fuselage. Who can help me? After this, I want to make balsa wings for the ASW17. Maybe someone can send me good copies of the stabilo- and wingribs from the original Bauplan and a copy of the original building manual. That would be greatly appreciated; then I can start building the wings.
