Ribbon Data Cable Maker -- Parametric

After creating a data cable maker that utilizes round cables (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:910194), I received numerous requests for a similar device using ribbon cable. The default settings in this script work effectively with old IDE or serial flat ribbon cables, at least the ones I have stored in my "old wires" box. Assembly video available at https://vid.me/QjY2 Break-away header pins for use in this project can be purchased from Adafruit (https://www.adafruit.com/products/392) or SparkFun (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/116). Limitations: The original "round cable" version I created had many options and a complex source code. The source for this script is still relatively difficult to understand, but I simplified it to make future maintenance more manageable. Currently, the following features are not implemented: It only prints a single column version, with plans to release a double column version separately. The wire separators are always printed. There is no indicator bump on top, making pin number labeling easy. Adjustments for female headers are not included. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.25 Infill: na Notes: First layer should not exceed 100% fill Most prints begin with a wider first layer than subsequent layers. For this design, avoid starting wide – the wires fit through narrow channels on the buildplate. If an extra-wide first layer is used, it will fill these fine channels, making them unusable for wiring. The top fastener's gap will also be sealed at one end, preventing easy passage of ribbon cable through that space without manual modification.
