Ribbon Cam lock

I'm holding a robust 20mm Ribbon Cam lock that necessitates a 3x30mm bolt for proper functioning, along with an accompanying 3mm nut for additional support. For accurate prints, a calibrated printer is indispensable. ABS plastic is my material of choice due to its remarkable versatility and printability qualities. My printing settings involve a 245-head temperature during the initial stage and then adjust to 99 after completing two layers using high-quality krypton tape to prevent delamination issues. It's essential to print this object with 2 heavy infill patterns, utilizing layer thickness of 0.2mm or less to achieve exceptional accuracy. To ensure optimal printing results, carefully place the base on the printer bed in a way that exposes the edge as a smaller U-shape. The cam portion needs to be oriented upside down with the hole facing upwards towards the printer head as demonstrated visually by attaching an accompanying photograph.
