After trying different designs to guide my 3d printers ribbon cables, I finally ended up with this design. Each clip can easily be mounted with a small screw (I used a diameter of 3.5mm). I made clips of two different widths. One for ten poles (for my Enders display cable) and one for four poles (for my LED-strips). I added the FreeCAD-files so you can change the dimesions if wanted. Feel free to upload them as remix here.
