I recently created a customized paper cutter frame to fit the dimensions of my Ikea RIBBA 18x24cm picture frame. The project began when I decided to update the look of the frame by changing its background color. To make the process easier, I simply drew the frame's outline onto a piece of paper and then carefully cut it along the edges.
