My brother-in-law cuts meat for a living in Paris. This is a "train de côte de boeuf," a premium cut of ribs stacked on a bone. He sent me sixty photos to create a three-dimensional scan. Forty shots capture the top side, twenty more show the underside, and he processed them in two batches using Metashape.
