Rial Mesh Type A Wheel Center Cover
thingiverse
I lost my center caps long ago to theft. Contacted Rial and they don't have any spares or parts available and my local shops and upcycling shops also don't have this. This part was designed as a template to cover the entire hub portion, eliminating the cover lock nut. I left a 1 MM gap at the circumference for finishing and painting and possible thermal expansion of the wheel (no idea if this is needed or not). Scale up in your slicer to eliminate this gap if you want. Test printed with https://www.thingiverse.com/Da6oN as the center piece. Find a design you like and mix and match as you please. You'll need to add your own thread-part to the back, I'm sending my wheels off to be refurbished and the shop will figure out a way to put these on for me. Research the best material for your climate and heat treat before painting and finishing. You could also use this as a template to create a casting mold.
