OpenSCAD rhombic dodecahedron tile with magnets embedded for a strong hold.\nhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhombic_dodecahedron\nYou'll need to print twelve tiles, and four disc magnets per tile (axially magnetized), totaling forty-eight magnets. I bought mine on eBay in bulk, secured them with superglue to make them last longer. \nThe User Defined Variables section of the OpenSCAD script is where you can change parameters like magnet hole size and overall tile dimensions (four parameters total). Alternatively, use the pre-built STL file for easier printing; it features 6.5mm diameter holes that are 2.5mm deep to accommodate 6mm diameter magnets with 2mm depth.\nNew to OpenSCAD? It's easy to install and use! Download it from http://www.openscad.org, open the file, hit F6 to render, or select File->Export as STL for further processing in your slicer. \nFind these designs on github: https://github.com/eshira/polyhedra\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: FlashForge\n Printer Model: FlashForge Creator Pro\n Print Settings\n Rafts: No\n Supports: No\n Layer Resolution: 0.27mm\n Infill Density: 10%
