I found an iPhone app that uses text prompts to create 3D assets. The app also creates a mesh of your texted idea and downloads the .STL file for you. It also supports Blender, .OBJ and a few other files. While this process is pretty new to mobile devices, it allows you to be creative in a whole new way. These are not the most detailed images, but a few strokes in Blender will take you a long ways down the path to original creations.
