This is my version of a Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof rack aero bar end-cap. This was to replace some missing bar ends on my UTE's roof racks. I printed it in regular PLA as a test at 0.3mm layer height. The design is a shell so I printed it with Supports Everywhere and the cap placed on its flat outer end on the bed. I only remove the support on the external rounded edge. The internal supports are left in place as you cannot access them to remove them and cannot see it either. To install I just tap it in place with a rubber mallet and the part didn't crack or split in any way. Will reprint in another material if the design holds up.
