I'm designing a 3D printed rhinoceros trophy head with precise settings to achieve the desired look and durability. To get started, I'll use my Afinia H480 printer, which is known for its high-quality output. For this project, I've opted to print with rafts to ensure stable adhesion of the model to the build platform. Additionally, I'm using supports to maintain structural integrity during printing. My resolution will be set to 0.15mm, allowing for crisp details and a smooth finish. The infill pattern chosen is "Big Hole," which provides an optimal balance between weight reduction and strength. The material of choice is ABS, a robust and impact-resistant plastic ideal for creating durable trophies. I designed this rhinoceros trophy head using Shade3D Professional version 16.0.0, a powerful software that enables me to bring my ideas to life with precision and control.
