Added a 25mm x 2mm anulus rim to the 8" duct STL and made the duct cylinder 188mm dia. Made 5 mounting tabs using modified clips from Rheem Outlet STL. Glued everything together using polyurethane (Gorilla Glue) and masking tape on outside to contain glue expansion. Used Frost King EDM Rubber seal, thought it might help with compressor noise.
