RHD Fan Shroud for ZOrbiter v1.5 & 2.0

<p><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/151455-zorbiter-20-extruder-lite"><strong>Several updated and more complete versions of this design are now available here</strong></a><strong>.</strong></p><p><strong>About</strong><br><br>Recently switched to the ZOrbiter V2.0, but wanted to keep my <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3249344">RHD (rev. c) fan duct</a>. I remixed the RHD duct to slide into place like the ZOrbiter duct, and adapted the mounting bracket from a the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/17584-bondtech-bmg-prusa-mk3smk25s-v2-fdm-printable-rhd-">MZ76 MK3S Bondtech-style extruder</a>. I based these modifications on the ZOrbiter v1.5 CAD files, but tested them on my V2.0. This fan duct should work with both versions of the extruder. If you're using V1.5 you can print the updated “extruder cover” part I've uploaded, in which I've deleted the arm that one of the print fan screws attached to. You won't have any issues if you don't (re)print this part, but you'll have that support sticking out to the side.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Print settings</strong></p><ul><li>Print the <strong>fan duct</strong> in ASA or comparably heat-tolerant material at a .2mm layer height without supports and with 20% infill. The creator of the duct recommends using a .15mm nozzle, but I've done fine with a .4mm nozzle.</li><li>Print the <strong>extruder cover</strong> and <strong>print fan support</strong> using, at a minimum, PETG - stronger materials with higher temperature resistance will work even better (especially for the extruder cover) if you're going to be printing high-temp filament. Use 0.2mm layer height and 20-30% infill.</li></ul>
