RGBW LED Controller Box for Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus
thingiverse
This is a custom electrical box for an RGBW LED lighting controller. To securely attach it to the 2020 extrusion on your Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus printer, you will need four M4x8mm screws and drop-in T-nuts. I designed this box to give a polished appearance to my printer's LED lighting system. There are two versions of the design: v2 and v3. Version 1 used thinner walls but was rejected due to its shortcomings. Version 2 uses two #4 x 1/2" plastite screws to attach the RGBW LED controller to the box, while version 3 employs two #6-32 screw-to-expand threaded inserts and two #6-32 x 1/2" PHPMS. You can easily modify the screw holes to accommodate standard machine screws (#4-#6) without using an insert if you prefer. I utilized plastite screws and threaded inserts available in my workshop. I have included STEP and IGES files for version 3, allowing you to adjust the hole diameter according to your needs. Unfortunately, the images of this design are distorted and rotated due to limitations on Thingiverse's image editing features. I wish there was an easy way to crop, resize, or rotate posted photos on this platform.
