RGB Projector Lamp

For an improved and updated version of my project on my own website, visit https://www.designuitinspiratie.nl/rgb-projectorlamp/ RGB Projector Lamp This is the RGB Projector Lamp. The concept revolves around projecting figures onto a room's ceiling using Red, Green, and Blue light. A rotating disk moves these projections as it turns. To create more effects, an Arduino board switches the LEDs on or off. I've posted some unedited videos showcasing its behavior on Facebook. The RGB Projector Lamp consists of an RED LED, Green LED, Blue LED, stepper driver, 28byj-48 stepper, and an Arduino Nano. It's designed for easy assembly - no screws or bolts are required; everything clicks together seamlessly (a transistor like TIP20 and some resistors are also necessary). I've included the Arduino script I'm currently using. Please refer to the pictures for a wiring diagram. The 1W LEDs are thermo glued to heat sinks, while the Arduino receives power through its USB port. I've created four different disk designs, including a blank one for users to customize their own. The disks were printed in green PLA with 0.2mm resolution using a 0.4mm nozzle. If you use the same settings, the components should fit nicely together. The mid (cylinder) part was printed using Cura's "spiral outer contour mode." I've also experimented with printing this part in translucent PET-G, but it resulted in blurred reflections. Since I don't have a YouTube account, I've uploaded some videos to Facebook to give you an idea of how the lamp works. Note that the Arduino sketch was sped up for these videos - normally, it moves at a slower pace.
