RGB LED Strip Remote Holder

RGB LED Strip Remote Holder

Although there are several designs for LED holders, I chose to design my own from scratch. Existing designs often had significant drawbacks: first, they frequently featured sharp edges. Given that I place my remotes in bed, I prefer round ones. Then they usually were too robust or required printing with overhangs. So I designed a very simple holder, which is essentially the bare minimum implementation. The amount of material used is minimal to limit both time and material requirements. The shape is rounded, ensuring that you won't accidentally hurt yourself. The holder should be mounted using double-sided tape. You could add holes for screws, but I believe the tape is sufficient for a light remote such as this one. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20 % Notes: I recommend printing with a 2mm brim, as the item has limited surface contact. Printed three pieces from ABS without any issues. I was inspired by those two designs, but designed this one from scratch.
