RG65 Bulb Pattern

This is a half pattern for an RG65 bulb to create a two-part mold. It produces a bulb weighing approximately 625 grams. To make a lighter or heavier bulb, scale up or down the Y and Z axes to achieve a smaller or larger diameter. I created two halves and used locating pins to accurately align them when making plaster molds. I didn't bother smoothing them out but worked on the lead bulb after casting. Print Settings Printer: FF Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20-50% Notes: Print lengthways flat side down, print two. Post-Printing I used double-sided tape to hold the two halves together while drilling down through one half into the other half to fit in two alignment pins. I then filled the holes before creating the mold halves.
