RFID Badge Holder

This is a custom ID card holder, designed to hold one regular card and one thicker RFID card. I modified jrebeiro's original design to fit my needs, removing the redundant hole on top since my cards already had one. I used Tinkercad to create the design from scratch, making it easier for the cards to slide in with angled channels. To refine the design, I imported it into Meshmixer and rounded off the corners and smoothed out the sharp edges. I repurposed a metal clip from an old lanyard by gluing its ends back together using super glue. To give the holder a finished look, I flipped it over so the card slot is on the back side. This way, the front remains smooth and clean all around. Here's how I designed this custom ID card holder: To the left are three iterations of my design: First: A manual sizing attempt in Tinkercad due to customization issues. Angled inner channels were added for better card alignment. Second: An improvement over the first version, but still had too many sharp edges for comfort. I imported it into Meshmixer and smoothed out the edges. Third: The final design, where I removed the top hole and smoothed out the entire holder again
