This compact enclosure allows for a single 3-way toggle switch to function as a min/max endstop in conjunction with the existing sliding bumpers on the Rong Fu RF-30 mill drill. Unable to locate an NC 3-way toggle switch, I opted for a NO circuit instead, understanding that it's a trade-off between two potential risks - metal chips potentially entering the housing and causing the NC rig to fail closed, or any internal components coming loose in the NO circuit and failing it open.\r\n\r\nIt is essential to have a reliable emergency kill switch in place and only utilize endstops while actively monitoring the machine.
