RF100 Axes Stopper (for maintenance/repair)
thingiverse
I've been working on my RF100 and every time I do maintenance or repairs, the y-axis crashes into the front or the x-axis crashes into the end-stop. So I decided to come up with a solution. Simply clipping these spacers over the rails allows you to rotate your printer in any position without causing damage. The axes are now fixed. It doesn't matter how great the prints turn out, the function is what matters most. You'll need x-axis right/left and two y-stopper units. It's possible to print the y-stopper on the RF100 if you adjust the print position to 45 degrees (corner to corner; even skirt is still possible). You'll have some space between the stoppers for easy mounting and dismounting.
