RF LNA case for 25x32mm low-noise amplifier
thingiverse
This is a case for a generic (0.1-6000MHz) RF amplifier board I got on Ebay (search "RF LNA"). Board dimensions: 25x32mm (NB: many Ebay listings incorrectly state 25x52mm!), cable hole diameter: 3mm. I am using the amplifier for a DIY EMC probe, as demonstrated by EEVblog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xy3Hm1_ZqI The power indicator LED, as seen on the photos, was an afterthought for which I manually drilled the hole. It requires additional wiring and I didn't bother adding it to the model - in case you want to add your own LED or anything else, I have included the SolidWorks model file and STEP files. There are 2 versions of the STEP and STL files - one with text on the cover and one without. Additional parts used: * 25x32mm amplifier board * 3mm diameter USB cable * 4x M2.5x10 bolts (I cut down longer ones to fit) * 4x M2.5 nut * 4x 8mm self-adhesive EVA furniture protection pads (optional - used to cover the nuts and provide nice rubbery feet for the case to sit on).
