https://www.printables.com/model/347581-rf-common-mode-choke-enclosure This enclosure is specifically designed to fit my common-mode RF choke built with 12-turns of RG-58 around an FT240-43 ferrite toroid based on Steve Hunt's (G3TXQ) measurements (this is optimized for 20m, but G3TXQ has measurements for other bands as well). The enclosure has an inner diameter of 75mm and inner height of 30mm. This enclosure is designed to be printed as two identical halves that lock together. It may be secure either with zipties or a single M5 screw and nut. This enclosure is not water tight, but should protect the toroid from impact.
