RF CE3 Pro Drawers
thingiverse
So I stumbled upon a set of drawers and was drawn to the idea of using magnets to hold them in place, but wanted the bottom drawer to extend all the way over. So I took matters into my own hands and started from scratch, as I'm still learning the software on my iPad and couldn't figure out how to simply alter the design. In the process, I decided to add some personal touches, including a honeycomb pattern within the case's underside to reduce filament usage and a custom logo with my initials recessed into the top of the case, complete with an option to print it in another color for inlay. As I worked on this project, I picked up a lot of valuable skills and am now eager to take on more design challenges. Check out this remake/remix for yourself! ATTENTION: before slicing, make sure to verify the scale/size - I haven't tried printing it yet and have some concerns about how it will load in Cura. I mimicked the original size from the imported Shapr3D model, but the units displayed are way off, so I'm unsure of what to expect when it's put into a slicer like Cura.
