Rey's new lightsaber is a marvel of design featuring an ingenious mechanism at the top that allows for easy rotation of the Activation Gear, raising up the Emitter Teeth to perfection. To get this intricate mechanism working seamlessly, every component needs to be securely fastened together with precision gluing, ensuring a snug fit between the Upper Rotator and its sides. This ensures the Emitter Teeth always rise smoothly into place. Modifications were made to enhance the mechanism's functionality, drawing inspiration from UnimatrixRed's outstanding re-mix. Two versions of the grip are provided: one boasts a sculpted cloth wrap for added comfort and style, while the other remains sleek and unadorned, allowing users to create their own personalized cloth wrapping. The Upper Emitter, Upper Chamber, and Wrapped Grip were printed with supports generated in Cura, yielding optimal results. The STL files are oriented as they were during printing, making it easy for enthusiasts to replicate the design.
