Rey Scavenger Mask Flashlight

This is half of the flashlight for Rey's scavenger mask. To assemble it, you will need to mirror the other half in your slicer. The hollow interior accommodates three US size 13 hearing aid batteries, a white LED, a 33-ohm resistor, and a switch, though it's a snug fit. I bonded the two halves together with super glue, filled the crease with bondo, sanded down any imperfections, painted the piece, and applied weathering effects to give it a worn appearance. Be aware that this design is one-time use only due to its sealed nature. Batteries cannot be replaced once inserted, so be prepared for limited usage periods of several minutes at most.
