I built a model of Rey's Staff after wanting to create her iconic staff for a while, but I didn't have my printer at the time. This entire model is centered around a 21.5mm diameter pipe I had on hand, so when printing, keep that in mind. The model consists of 29 pieces, each with notches on the inside hole at the bottom to indicate which piece they are - except for part 1, which has its notch at the top (these may be more visible on different printers but were clear enough on mine). Some of the middle pieces (mainly 11 through 16) can be omitted to lengthen the staff to your needs, and if you want to save filament, each is slightly thicker than the pipe and serves as a guide for where to wrap materials after printing. A significant number of pieces require supports to print correctly, but when printing vertically, I recommend that only pieces 8, 10, 17, 18, 19, and 23 have support touching the build plate. Piece 1 is the base piece (I'm not sure if it's always consistent in pictures which end is the top), so build up from there in piece number order - the notches are a helpful guide post-printing to keep track of the order, but you can always refer back to the files if needed. My print was done on an Anycubic i3 Mega with a 0.2mm layer height, varying supports, and using Silk Grey PLA filament from Stronghero 3D. Happy printing and cosplaying!
