I casted a mold on a Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual using .25mm Layer height with 2 shells and 10% infill in PLA. I also use Oogoo for casting Rex and you can get the recipient from here: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-Your-Own-Sugru-Substitute/. My casted objects are ready in less than 10 minutes, which makes building an army really fast . I added a few drops of essential oil to my Oogoo mix and after just a few days my object starts to smell like the essential oil instead of vinegar. It's fun making these molds.
