Improvements: Replace zip-ties with proper clamps to secure LMUU bearings to bed-frame. Move Y-idler as close as possible to exterior and relocate tensioner to belt-mount on bed frame. Bedmount holds the belt without any zipties. Mount Y-endstop inside the frame, hitting against new LMUU-clamp. One Y-corner was replaced, located on the side where two LMUUs are attached to a single smooth-rod. The ultimate goal is to keep the belt clamped in the same plane as it emerges from the Y-motor pulley - the original Y-idler and particularly the bed-mount pulled the belt out of alignment. Post-Printing Additional Parts: Two M3x10 countersunk for tensioner parts (as support insets in the belt-loop) were added. Two flanged bearings (10x3x4, 3mm bore) plus M3x16 screws for the idler were also included. Two M3x25 and nuts for each LMUU clamp were attached.
