Reworked CTC i3 top mount

This is a usable but haphazard creation tailored to the CTC Prusa i3. It's an amalgamation of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1694197 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1369178, resulting in a somewhat unstable union. The latter item doesn't fit the CTC rework, yet it provides bolt holes for adding a spool mount to the top of the printer - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1427114. I have not printed the stand yet, so I'm unsure if it needs to be longer due to the extra height in how the LCD is attached to the printer.
