Reworked Belt clip for Holster

Reworked Belt clip for Holster

This replaces the belt clip found on CQC suede holsters. I didn't like the original clip because it engages the belt from the outside in. While walking around, the holster would slowly work its way up and the clip would miss the belt completely. Not ideal. The pictures show my design (Green) next to the original (black). I could have reduced the length of the clip to match my current belt, but it's super secure being trapped between the belt and the jeans. To replace the clip, rotate the old clip 90 degrees. If it doesn't pull out, rotate it another 180 degrees and try again. One tab is thicker than the other. Modeled in 123design. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 25% Notes: I designed this part to print with a .4, .6 or .8 mm nozzle. While you could print with a .25, I don't believe the part would be strong enough. Printing with any of those nozzles and 3 shells will lead to thin parts being 100 percent infill. Post-Printing I had to take a knife and shave one tab by a fraction of a mm to get it to fit. Depending on your printer's resolution, you might need more work. I modeled it to fit tightly.
