Human: A slight revision of the bed mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1915486/#files I didn't plan to update this, but I saw a way to gain more clearance just in case. FRAME MOUNT The frame mount still needs some modification as I got a slight warp in the printing and now have a measurement to adjust tabs just like I did on the bed mount. I went from 1mm clearance of hot end passing over chain to between 6mm and 8mm by extending the mount three chain lengths out and removing those links. I left the entire bottom open, so those who clipped the chains don't need to rewire. However, I'm getting pretty good at it myself. You still need to fix the manifold issue with a quick fix when I get a 100% complete version. At that point, I won't do anything else to it; instead, I'll recreate the whole thing from scratch since my CAD will not create a solid of the original file for some reason. BED MOUNT I added a slight angle to the top area that connects to the cable chain, preventing the chain from arching enough to come into contact with the hot end. I found that I could prevent this by adding an extra M4 washer in the link at the mount, but I didn't want to leave it like that because it pushed outwards causing a rub of the frame. So, I took the dimensions and added them to the upper portion only, preventing travel evenly. My CAD program didn't like the original files and wouldn't allow me to make the object manifold. It allowed me to attach the additions but not make it one piece; instead, I used the click fix in Repetier or whatever program you use to auto-fix. For those who still want more clearance and are sure they can't hit the hot end, consider using the mirror feature and mounting it on the right side of the machine instead.
